There is a strict no smoking policy within all rooms and public areas of the house.

The house and rooms are adults-only.

All rooms are ensuite.

All rates include breakfast.

All rates (excluding Single and Standard Double rooms) are based on 2 people sharing a room.

In order to protect the privacy of our in House guests we do not welcome check-ins after 9pm.

A deposit of 25% will be due on the value of your booking.

In order to confirm your reservation we will require your credit card details - card number, expiry date and 3 digit security code. A 25% non-refundable deposit will be charged to the provided credit card.

All bookings require a minimum stay of two (2) nights.

We do not hold rooms after 6pm without prior agreement.

Check out is strictly at 10:00am.

Please note our cancellation policy:

Deposit is non-refundable.

Cancellations within 60 days will result in a cancellation charge equal to the full amount of the booking and will be charged to the credit card used to secure the initial reservation.

Failure to cancel/and or No Shows will result in a charge of the full amount of the original booking.

Separate cancellation policies may be applied to major events being held in St. Andrews, i.e Major Golf Tournaments and Graduation week.

We reserve the right to cancel any bookings made.

We strongly advise you obtain travel insurance in the event of any late cancellations.

We do not allow pets or children.
